Step 7. Select "place order without account"




Step 8. Fill in all information in the required fields.
**** International orders also need to fill in the "other state/province" field. If your address does not have a specified "state/province" fill in your city again. This field must be filled or the system will not allow you to proceed.

Step 9. Select your shipping option. International addresses must select "International Shipping"
**** Orders shipping to Canada can select "Regular Shipping"

Step 10. Select your desired credit card

Step 11. Fill in your name, credit card number, expiration date and CVV2# and select "continue" to complete your order.
